Southeast Spartans (Oklahoma City, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Grant Generals (Oklahoma City, OK), 70-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Southeast upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Spartans travel to Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK) to play the Fighting Irish in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Fighting Irish go into the bout with a record of 3-4.

Next up, the Generals play the ASTEC Charter Comets (Oklahoma City, OK) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Grant will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 49-17 non-league loss to Western Heights (Oklahoma City, OK).
