In Tuesday's league outing, the H-L-V Warriors (Victor, IA) basketball squad beat the host Tri-County Trojans (Thornburg, IA), by a count of 49-30.

The Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Keota (Keota, IA). The Eagles go into the South Iowa Cedar outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, Keota defeated Montezuma (Montezuma, IA), 67-62, in a league outing.

The Trojans now hold a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Twin Cedars for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 5. Tri-County will clash with a Sabers squad coming off a 60-48 league loss to Lamoni (Lamoni, IA). The Sabers record now stands at 3-4.
