The University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI) basketball nipped the host Inter-City Baptist Chargers (Allen Park, MI), 72-68 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Oakland Christian got by Cabrini (Allen Park, MI), 70-40, in a non-league test.
The Chargers now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Detroit Community for a non-league test on Friday, January 6.
