Texas High School Basketball - Southcrest Christian can't hold off Kress

The Kress Kangaroos basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Southcrest Christian to 54 in the Kangaroos non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Kangaroos now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lazbuddie for a 1A Region I District 4 contest on Tuesday, January 10.
The (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Kingdom Prep Academy (Lubbock, TX). The Warriors enter the TAPPS 2A District 1 contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Kingdom Prep Academy nudged Plains (Plains, TX), 66-61, in a non-league contest.
