The Malvern Prep Friars basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Tower Hill Hillers to 55 in the Friars non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Friars now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Haverford School for a Inter-Academic contest on Friday, January 6. Malvern Prep will battle a Fords team coming off a 68-37 non-league win over John Bartram (Philadelphia, PA). The Fords record now stands at 7-5.

The Hillers (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-State Christian (Elkton, MD). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Tri-State Christian nudged Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD), 70-44, in a non-league contest.
