The Wolsey-Wessington Warbirds tipped the visiting Miller Rustlers basketball team by a final score of 62-57 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Warbirds face the James Valley Christian Vikings (Huron, SD) in a B Region 2 game, on Thursday, January 5. Wolsey-Wessington will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Vikings enter the game with a 2-1 record after their 69-33 non-league win over Burke (Burke, SD).

With the defeat, Miller moves to 1-3 on the year. The Rustlers host Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD) to battle the Tigers in a A Region 6 battle on Thursday, January 5. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 2-2. Mobridge-Pollock won 60-36 in their recent non-league battle against Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] (Gettysburg, SD)
