Woodbridge Barrons (Woodbridge, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting North Plainfield Canucks (North Plainfield, NJ), 68-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Woodbridge upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Barrons host Sayreville (Parlin, NJ) to clash with the Bombers in a Greater Middlesex - White bout on Thursday, January 19. The Bombers go into the bout with a record of 2-7.

Next up, the Canucks clash with the New Brunswick Zebra (New Brunswick, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 10. North Plainfield will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Zebra go into the bout with a 1-6 record after their 42-41 league win over Sayreville (Parlin, NJ).
