The West Carrollton Pirates basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Northmont Thunderbolts to 44 in the Pirates non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Pirates now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stebbins for a Miami Valley - Valley contest on Friday, January 6. West Carrollton will battle a Indians team coming off a 57-51 non-league loss to Troy (Troy, OH). The Indians record now stands at 2-5.

The Thunderbolts (3-8) will now prepare for their contest against Butler (Vandalia, OH). The Aviators come into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record.
