The Southern Cayuga Chiefs basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Odessa-Montour Grizzlies to 53 in the Chiefs non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Chiefs now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tioga for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6. Southern Cayuga will battle a Tigers team coming off a 47-32 league loss to Candor (Candor, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.

The Grizzlies (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Groton (Groton, NY). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Groton triumphed over Marathon (Marathon, NY), 57-46, in a league contest.
