The Olean Huskies ran past the host Pioneer Panthers basketball team by a final score of 60-46 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Huskies face the North Tonawanda Lumberjacks (North Tonawanda, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, January 6. Olean will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 67-57 league loss to Lewiston-Porter (Youngstown, NY).
The Panthers (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Shore (Angola, NY). The Eagles come into the Section 6 Erie County III battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Lake Shore beat Eden (Eden, NY), 74-54, in a non-league battle.
