The Southland Rebels basketball team (Cardwell, MO), was overwhelmed 66-32 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Piggott Mohawks (Piggott, AR)
The Mohawks now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rivercrest for a 3A Region 3 battle on Saturday, January 7. Piggott will confront a Colts team coming off a 76-72 non-league loss to Gosnell (Gosnell, AR). The Colts record now stands at 1-9.
The Rebels (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Richland (Essex, MO). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record.
