Woodland Cardinals (Marble Hill, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Richland Rebels (Essex, MO), 75-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Woodland upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Kelly (Benton, MO) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Kelly lost 77-41 in their recent non-league bout against Charleston (Charleston, MO)

Next up, the Rebels play the Southland Rebels (Cardwell, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 66-32 non-league loss to Piggott (Piggott, AR).
