The Wisconsin Heights Vanguards basketball team scored 100 points and restricted the host River Valley Blackhawks to 92 in the Vanguards non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Vanguards now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belleville for a Capitol - South contest on Friday, January 6. Wisconsin Heights will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 70-18 non-league win over Monticello (Monticello, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-3.

The Blackhawks (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lancaster (Lancaster, WI). The Flying Arrows come into the Southwest Wisconsin contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Lancaster was defeated by Royall (Elroy, WI), 54-46, in a non-league contest.
