In Tuesday's league outing, the South Hagerstown Rebels (Hagerstown, MD) basketball squad edged the visiting Smithsburg Leopards (Smithsburg, MD), by a count of 37-35.
The Rebels (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Linganore (Frederick, MD). The Lancers go into the CMC outing with a 5-4 record.
The Leopards now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Walkersville for a CMC outing on Friday, January 6. Smithsburg will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 43-40 league loss to Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD). The Lions record now stands at 6-2.
