The Bishop Hendricken Hawks routed the visiting Cranston East Thunderbolts basketball team by a final score of 56-23 in Tuesday's non-league game.

The Hawks now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cumberland for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 5.

The Thunderbolts (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Providence, RI). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Central was routed by Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI), 59-49, in a non-league contest.
