The West Delaware Hawks (Manchester, IA) basketball knocked off the host Beckman Trailblazers (Dyersville, IA), 45-36 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hawks (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA). The Clippers go into the non-league test with a 6-2 record.
The Trailblazers now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Alburnett for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Beckman will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 65-43 league loss to East Buchanan (Winthrop, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-4.
