Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA), 47-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Catholic upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Paul VI won 60-27 in their recent non-league bout against Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD)

Next up, the Knights play the Cox Falcons (Virginia Beach, VA) in a Beach bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Kellam will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 0-6 record after their 30-21 non-league loss to Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA).
