With the victory, Creekview improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Grizzlies host Woodstock (Woodstock, GA) to play the Wolverines in a AAAAAA Region 6 challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 6-10. Woodstock lost 72-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Archer (Lawrenceville, GA)

Next up, the Hornets play the Blessed Trinity Titans (Roswell, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 7 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Roswell will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 48-46 non-league win over Denmark (Alpharetta, GA).
