The Franklin Monroe Jets (Pitsburg, OH) basketball knocked off the host Fairlawn Jets (Sidney, OH), 55-35 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Jets (2-10) will now prepare for their test against Tri-County North (Lewisburg, OH). The Panthers go into the Western Ohio test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Tri-County North went down by Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH), 64-30, in a league test.
The Jets now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host Houston for a Shelby County test on Thursday, January 5. Fairlawn will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 60-20 league loss to Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-8.
