The Randolph Ro-Hawks basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting John Paul II Guardians to 31 in the Ro-Hawks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Ro-Hawks now sport a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marion for a 3A Region IV District 26 contest on Friday, January 6. Randolph will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 38-36 non-league loss to Mathis (Mathis, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-10.
The Guardians (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Veritas Academy (Austin, TX). The come into the TAPPS 4A District 3 contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Veritas Academy was defeated by Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX), 56-13, in a league contest.
