The J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado basketball team (Lancaster, PA), was nudged 48-41 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host William Penn Bearcats (York, PA)
The Bearcats now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Muhlenberg for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 4. William Penn will battle a Muhls team coming off a 54-27 league loss to Berks Catholic (Reading, PA). The Muhls record now stands at 1-3.
The Red Tornado (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA). The Blue Streaks come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 1 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Manheim Township edged Warwick (Lititz, PA), 41-34, in a league battle.
