Florida High School Basketball - Sandalwood thwarts Stanton

The Sandalwood Saints (Jacksonville, FL) basketball knocked off the visiting Stanton Blue Devils (Jacksonville, FL), 55-42 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Saints (8-6) will now prepare for their test against ED White (Jacksonville, FL). The Commanders go into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, ED White notched a victory over Westside (Jacksonville, FL), 45-10, in a league test.

The Blue Devils now own a 8-2 record. They play next when they travel to Paxon School For Advanced Studies for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Stanton will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 45-24 non-league loss to Ponte Vedra (Ponte Vedra, FL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 9-4.
