Upper Dublin Cardinals (Fort Washington, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Springfield Township Spartans (Erdenheim, PA), 53-16 in a league bout.

With the victory, Upper Dublin upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to William Tennent (Warminster, PA) to play the Panthers in a Suburban One - American bout on Friday, January 6. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 5-3. William Tennent won 52-45 in their recent league bout against Wissahickon (Ambler, PA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Quakertown Panthers (Quakertown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Springfield Township will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 42-32 non-league win over Lower Moreland (Huntingdon Valley, PA).
