In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves soccer squad scored a close 3-1 win over the Taft Toreadors.
The Wolves (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Torrance (Torrance, CA). The Tartars come into the Pioneer test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Torrance by South (Torrance, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
With the loss, Taft drops to 4-6 on the season. The Toreadors travel to El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA) to meet the Royals in a West Valley test on Wednesday, January 4. The Royals come into the test with a record of 1-3. El Camino Real lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA)
