The Central Knights basketball team scored 98 points and held the visiting Westerly Bulldogs to 79 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Classical for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 11. Central will meet a Purples team coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to Barrington (Barrington, RI). The Purples record now stands at 0-2.

The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Smithfield (Esmond, RI). The Sentinels enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
