The Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers (Charlotte, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC), 56-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Buccaneers (5-1) will now prepare for their test against Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Chargers go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record.

The Trojans now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Shining Light Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, January 5. Wesleyan Christian Academy will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 75-16 non-league loss to Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC). The Knights record now stands at 1-6.
