The Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), 54-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mavericks (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Hough (Cornelius, NC). The Huskies go into the non-league test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Hough walloped West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC), 55-49, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they host Ardrey Kell for a non-league test on Friday, January 6. Harding University will battle a Knights team coming off a 34-31 non-league win over South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Knights record now stands at 4-4.
