The Wilmot Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting East Troy Trojans to 46 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beloit Memorial for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Wilmot will battle a Purple Knights team coming off a 84-76 non-league win over Janesville Craig (Janesville, WI). The Purple Knights record now stands at 8-0.
The Trojans (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Edgerton (Edgerton, WI). The Crimson Tide enter the Rock Valley - Rock contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Edgerton ran past Lodi (Lodi, WI), 81-65, in a non-league contest.
