Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) and the visiting Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD), saw St. John's's basketball squad knock off Frederick by a tally of 68-53.
With the victory, St. John's improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD) to play the Saints in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. St. Mary's lost 69-38 in their recent league battle against Severn School (Severna Park, MD)
The Cadets (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Hawks come into the CMC battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Urbana beat South Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD), 66-48, in a league battle.
