Michigan High School Basketball - Tri County Area overwhelmed by Fremont

The Fremont Packers basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Tri County Area Vikings to 42 in the Packers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Packers now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montague for a Western Michigan Lakes - Lakes contest on Friday, January 5. Fremont will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 73-50 non-league loss to Holland (Holland, MI). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-4.

The Vikings (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Zion Christian (Byron Center, MI). The Mountaineers come into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record.
