Utah High School Basketball - Union topped by Grand County

The Grand County Red Devils basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the visiting Union Cougars to 73 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Red Devils now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gunnison Valley for a 2A Region 15 contest on Friday, January 5. Grand County will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 60-53 non-league win over Millard (Fillmore, UT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-5.

The Cougars (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Grantsville (Grantsville, UT). The Cowboys come into the 3A Region 13 contest with a 5-7 record.
