Kingston Tigers (Kingston, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Valley Central Vikings (Montgomery, NY), 55-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Kingston upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Tigers host Colonie Central (Albany, NY) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 7-0.

Next up, the Vikings play the Washingtonville Wizards (Washingtonville, NY) in a Section 9 Orange County II bout, on Monday, January 8. Valley Central will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record.
