The Comets now possess a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hall for a Three Rivers - East battle on Friday, January 5. Newman Central Catholic will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 68-57 non-league loss to Marquette (Ottawa, IL). The Red Devils record now stands at 7-8.

The Mustangs (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Monmouth-Roseville (Monmouth, IL). The Titans come into the Three Rivers - West battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Monmouth-Roseville beat Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL), 66-42, in a league battle.
