The Lions now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shipley for a Friends Schools contest on Friday, January 5. Academy of the New Church will battle a team coming off a 57-56 non-league loss to Audenried (Philadelphia, PA). The record now stands at 2-2.

The (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Science Leadership Academy (Philadelphia, PA). The come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Science Leadership Academy was routed by Kensington (Philadelphia, PA), 34-26, in a league contest.
