Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bald Eagle Area overwhelmed by Bellwood-Antis

The Bald Eagle Area Bald Eagles basketball team (Wingate, PA), was routed 60-33 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Bellwood-Antis Blue Devils (Bellwood, PA)

The Blue Devils now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chestnut Ridge for a Laurel Highlands battle on Friday, January 5. Bellwood-Antis will battle a Lions team coming off a 57-18 league loss to Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA). The Lions record now stands at 5-4.

The Bald Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Richland (Johnstown, PA). The Rams come into the Laurel Highlands battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Richland trounced Homer-Center (Homer City, PA), 49-37, in a non-league battle.
