The Fleming County Panthers (Flemingsburg, KY) basketball knocked off the visiting Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY), 56-38 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Panthers (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Campbell County (Alexandria, KY). The Camels go into the non-league test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Campbell County notched a victory over Augusta (Augusta, KY), 49-39, in a non-league test.

The Engineers now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lee County for a District 56 test on Friday, January 5. Estill County will encounter a Bobcats squad coming off a 51-25 non-league win over Jackson City (Jackson, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-5.
