New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Littlestown Thunderbolts (Littlestown, PA), 62-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Oxford upgrades its record to 1-8 on the season. The Colonials host Red Lion (Red Lion, PA) to clash with the Lions in a York-Adams 1 bout on Friday, January 5. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Red Lion won 65-50 in their recent non-league bout against Hempfield (Landisville, PA)

Next up, the Thunderbolts clash with the York County Tech Spartans (York, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Littlestown will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 65-31 non-league loss to Red Land (Lewisberry, PA).
