The Math Science & Engineering basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Wadleigh Harlem Hellfighters to 41 in the non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Esperanza Preparatory Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, January 8. Math Science & Engineering will meet a team coming off a 57-10 non-league loss to Douglass Academy (New York, NY). The record now stands at 0-4.

The Harlem Hellfighters (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against School of the Future (Manhattan, NY). The enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, School of the Future nudged Marshall Academy (New York, NY), 59-50, in a non-league contest.
