Manteca Buffaloes (Manteca, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Rodriguez Mustangs (Fairfield, CA), 36-10 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Manteca upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Buffaloes host Oakdale (Oakdale, CA) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Thursday, January 4. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 7-4. Oakdale lost 32-26 in their recent non-league bout against Pitman (Turlock, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Armijo Royals (Fairfield, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Rodriguez will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Royals come into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 12-11 non-league loss to Vallejo (Vallejo, CA).
