Wethersfield Eagles (Wethersfield, CT) fans left the game thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their ice hockey team hold off the visiting Hand Tigers (Madison, CT), 1-0 in a non-league match.
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Cheshire (Cheshire, CT). The Rams enter the non-league match with a 3-1 record.
