In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Adrian Maples basketball team scored a good 60-49 win over the Dexter Dreadnaughts.
The Maples (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Saline (Saline, MI). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Saline defeated Fordson (Dearborn, MI), 50-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Dreadnaughts battle the Saline Hornets (Saline, MI) in a Southeastern - Red contest, on Friday, January 10. Dexter will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record.
