In Friday's league contest, the visiting Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs basketball team scored a close 46-39 triumph over the Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles.
The Aztecs (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Francis Parker Charter Essential School (Devens, MA). The go into the Colonial contest with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the St. Paul Knights (Worcester, MA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 6. Advanced Math & Science Academy will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 3-4 record after their 46-30 league win over St. Bernard's Central Catholic (Fitchburg, MA).
