The Guilford Vikings basketball team scored 80 points and limited the visiting American International Academy to 24 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Belvidere North for a Northern Illinois 10 game on Wednesday, January 8. Guilford will confront a Blue Thunder team coming off a 61-44 non-league loss to Kaneland (Maple Park, IL). The Blue Thunder record now stands at 6-9.

With the loss, American International Academy falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The host Northwestern (Detroit, MI) to confront the Colts in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Colts go into the game with a record of 2-2.
