With the victory, Santa Monica advances its record to 10-7 on the year. The Vikings travel to Inglewood (Inglewood, CA) to face the Sentinels in a Ocean match on Monday, January 6. The Sentinels enter the match with a record of 13-6. Inglewood won 95-82 in their recent non-league match against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA)

The Antelopes now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Clara for a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. Antelope Valley will face a Saints squad coming off a 74-61 non-league loss to Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA). The Saints record now stands at 1-15.
