The Franklin County Flyers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Boone County Rebels to 44 in the Flyers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Flyers now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Western Hills for a District 41 game on Friday, January 10. Franklin County will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 58-48 non-league loss to Seven Hills (Cincinnati, OH). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Boone County falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Ludlow (Ludlow, KY) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 7-4. Ludlow won 51-45 in their recent non-league game against Calvary Christian (Covington, KY)
