South Dakota High School Basketball - Harding County nips Philip

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Harding County Ranchers basketball team scored a close 58-51 triumph over the Philip Scotties.

The Ranchers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Belfield (Belfield, ND). The Bantams go into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record.

In their next game, the Scotties battle the Jones County Coyotes (Murdo, SD) in a B Region 7 contest, on Thursday, January 9. Philip will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
