The Walthill Blujays (Walthill, NE) basketball were winner over the host Omaha Christian Academy Eagles (Omaha, NE), 60-47 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Blujays now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Randolph for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. Walthill will play a Cardinals team coming off a 58-56 non-league win over Hartington-Newcastle (Hartington, NE). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Omaha Christian Academy falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Heartland Christian (Council Bluffs, IA) to play the in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9. The go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Heartland Christian lost 55-52 in their recent non-league bout against Essex (Essex, IA)
