The Ansonia Chargers basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Watertown/Pomperaug Indians to 29 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Chargers now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Woodland Regional for a non-league game on Monday, February 3.
With the loss, Watertown/Pomperaug falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Oxford (Oxford, CT) to play the Wolverines in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Wolverines go into the game with a record of 0-0.
