The Westerly Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Barrington Eagles to 41 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. Westerly will confront a Knights team coming off a 49-39 non-league loss to Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Barrington falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Cranston East (Cranston, RI) to confront the Thunderbolts in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Thunderbolts go into the game with a record of 0-1. Cranston East lost 65-23 in their recent non-league game against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI)
