Nebraska High School Basketball - Mullen victorious over Ainsworth

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Mullen Broncos basketball team scored a good 52-35 triumph over the Ainsworth Bulldogs.

The Broncos (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maywood/Hayes Center (Maywood, NE). The Wolves go into the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Maywood/Hayes Center topped Garden County (Oshkosh, NE), 65-24, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Burwell Longhorns (Burwell, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Ainsworth will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Longhorns go into the contest with a 5-4 record after their 60-13 non-league win over Elba (Elba, NE).
